Computer Donations
Location: Southern UK
Would you care to donate
your old computers to Looking-Glass and VeggieGlobal?
Initially, these are required to help the Looking-Glass and
VeggieGlobal administration distribute its workload across
a small network of future helpers. Our requirements are PCs
of min. 2ghz processors with min. 17" monitors and min.
40 gig hard drives - 256 meg ram. Any computers gratefully
received
that are surplus to our requirements will be passed on to
other charities in need - or else Computer Aid - an organization
which refurbishes computers to send to needy countries. We
can collect from most areas in the south and southwest of
the UK.

Update:
We also require two 15" min. TFT (LCD) monitors for our
close associates "Animal
Friends Croatia". They are doing fantastic
work in their country to help end the terrible atrocities
that befall many animals there. In fact complete computer
systems will be even better as long as some extra
money can also be provided to cover delivery
costs to Croatia. Thank You.

Looking-Glass and VeggieGlobal
columnist Kim Cooling is raising money for a no-kill animal
shelter in Bangkok. Although she has so far raised more than
£3,000 through a UK national newspaper appeal, many
thousands more are needed to allow building to commence. If
