a note about our "ethical
use" policy
Although Music for Film
at Looking-Glass has proved a popular choice with quality TV productions,
it has become apparent that many initial enquiries are not taking into
consideration the strict criteria as to what kind of production our
music can be used for.
It is primarily available for" natural world" style programming
or programs and movies, which do not endorse any kind of suffering towards
animals and the environment.

READ ALL THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS BEFORE USING ANY OF THE MUSIC :
A valid license
must be obtained for the use of this music and the relevant fees paid
before your production is exploited in any way.
By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of Cutesongs at Looking-Glass,
you are also agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of the Mechanical
Copyright Protection Society (MCPS). Agreeing to the MCPS Code of Conduct
in the Terms and Conditions means you agree to report any music that
you use, and pay the relevant license fee.
The MCPS license and collect royalties on behalf of all the music available
on Looking-Glass. A fixed rate card available from the MCPS covers the
cost of licensing any of the music on this service. If you decide to
use any of the music of John O'Donnell / Liquid Alice / Cutesongs at
Looking-Glass in your production, you must complete a license form (which
you can request from MCPS) and send it electronically or by post to
the MCPS. The MCPS will then process your application and send you a
license along with an invoice.
A valid license must be obtained and the relevant fees paid before your
production is exploited in any way. For more information about MCPS
