Recent projects
as music producer / mixer for the Magic Band (Captain Beefheart) for
a new DVD released in 2005 on SubDiva Records
In 2007 John has been working on the title song for a significantly
important new animal movie, release details which are yet to be confirmed.
In the near future a collaboration with Captain Beefheart / Jeff Buckley
guitarist Gary Lucas to produce a surround dvd and accompanying documentary
of the original silent gothic horror, The Golem.
As a surround sound producer and trouble-shooter, John O'Donnell provides
a/v expertise, from sound design and spatial sound to visual placement
throughout movie and music production, along with guest lecturing in
sound and music courses around the UK.
