Report any suspected mis-crossing of the NOVA Key here

"Mis-crossing" means that one of the letters on the NOVA Key hasn't been crossed when it should have.
The first thing to check is the ingredients list on a product or on a restaurant menu. If this differs from the ingredients on the NOVA Key Ingredients Check List then it may be that the Key on the product or menu has been wrongly crossed. Occasionally a product's ingredients may have changed, but the NOVA Key is still correct and valid, so refer to the Ingredients Check List before using this form.
