Ingredients Check List

"Mis-crossing" means that one of the letters on a product's NOVA Key hasn't been crossed when it should have.
The first thing to check is the ingredients list on a product or on a restaurant menu etc. If this differs from the ingredients on the list below then it may be that the Key on the product or menu has been wrongly crossed. Occasionally a product's ingredients may have changed, but the NOVA Key is still correct and valid, so refer to this list carefully.
