dream submitted 29 July 2003 BUMPY RIDE I often dream of flying. Find that it takes a lot of concentration because if I lose it I start falling. I was flying with someone else the other night, but cant remember who. Wokeup that morning with a headache that persisted all day and the following night. Had a dream of a aeroplane which crashed last night. Remember being with a young child. Everyone was ok! Keeping yourself up when flying usually corresponds to the trials of everyday life. Trying to keep on top of things while under stress. The equilibrium of life is all about achieving that fine balance. Nothing that defines true meaning and substance through life's journey is easy - and you are perhaps conscious of it. That's good. If you were purely a self-serving kind of person the child in the crash you mentioned may not have been so OK. dream submitted 12 July 2003 SUPERMAN! I came into the middle of a dream. I was flying, realizing the more I tried the further, higher and faster I could fly. I was experiencing awsome feelings, feelings of I could do anything. The faster and higher I got I felt free and peaceful. In my dream I was able to share this with family and friends. It was the best dream I have had. Flying freely in dreams is quite rare. It may represent a positive change in your life, even if it's just a brief moment. The feeling of euphoria, which hits some of us on rare occasions in our waking life can also happen while we are sleeping - particularly if we are sleeping well. The morning-after effect is also quite clear as you can feel really at peace within yourself and one of those occasions when you can bring the positive effects into your waking life.
